Club Notes: Week ending – 17th of September 2017

Senior Championship:

Our Senior Footballers player Naomh Muire in the Senior Championship Relegation Play-off at 2.00pm on Sunday. There is no confirmed venue for the game so keep an eye on Social Media/Donegal GAA website for a venue. All support is needed for this massive game.

Thanks to Country Music and Nationwide Claims:

The club would like to express our gratitude to Eugene Gallen of and Derrick Murray of Nationwide Claims for their kind sponsorship of 2 sets of team jerseys for underage football teams. At present we have over 450 juvenile members in the club so these new jerseys will be put to great use!! The pictures are a small group from our u8 boys footballers and coaches accepting the new jerseys from Derrick and Eugene before recent games. Derrick is involved in coaching our u8s and Eugene is involved in coaching our u8s and Minors, and is the Team Manager for our u16s.

The Bingo takes place in The Villa Rose Hotel on Sunday night with an 8.30pm start. The Snowball jackpot is €9,000 for 45 numbers or less. All are very welcome.

There was no winner of this week’s lotto. The numbers drawn were 10, 21, 26 and 28. There were 3 match 3 winners: Anthony Logue, Corgary, Pat Lafferty, Killygordon and John O’Donnell, Dooish, who each receive €50 each. Next week’s lotto prize is €3,700 and Barry Dowd’s team is selling.
